How long does processing take?
Processing is the time it takes to pack and ship your order. Processing can take up to 1 week. For restocks, it will take up to 2 weeks max to process and fulfill the orders. Shipping itself takes an additional 2-8 days.

Currently our ship times are between 2-8 days depending on your location. (We ship from New Jersey). You can always select expedited shipping if you need it sooner!

What’s your refund policy?
We have a 45-day return policy, so that you can ensure you love your products. If you don’t, no hard feelings. Please send us your order number and email, and we will process your return for a full refund. We’re super mindful of the impact shipping has on the environment so we'd rather you gift a Topicals’ product you don’t like to a friend or a homeless shelter. Sometimes a product doesn't work for you, but works for others. If an item arrives damaged, we'll replace it for you!
