When will my credit card be charged? 

As soon as you place your order or approve our subscription via text. Don’t worry we’ll remind you before we charge you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Topicals currently accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept Afterpay, Swaypay and PayPal. 

My payment didn’t go through.

If your payment doesn’t go through, make sure you all the credit card information is correct and that your card is not expired.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Our packaging is recyclable from our aluminum tubes all the way to our box tape.

Shipping

Is Covid-19 affecting your shipping?

We are experiencing a bit of delays because we want to keep our team members safe. 

How long does shipping take?

Currently our ship times are between 2-8 days depending on your location. (We ship from Los Angeles). You can always select overnight shipping if you need it NOW!

So when will my order ship?

We try our best to ship within 48 hours during the week. As a small team, we put our team’s mental health first so sometimes orders may go out a bit later than that. We’ll keep you updated though!

What countries does Topicals ship to?

From our website, we only ship to the USA and Canada, but from our retail partner Nordstrom, you can get Topicals shipped to Canada. We’re working on other international locations too!

How long does it take to ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii?

Lucky you for living in such a dreamy place! Orders typically take 9-14 days.

I haven’t received tracking numbers.

Usually it takes 3 days for the tracking to get registered on your end so be patient, but if you don't hear from us within 5 days, text TOPICALS411 to 283-98.

My package was stolen, lost, or damaged!

Returns and Exchanges

What’s your refund policy?

We’re super mindful of the impact shipping has on the environment so we'd rather you gift a Topicals’ product you don’t like to a friend or a homeless shelter. Send us a pic of you donating/gifting and we’ll give you store credit. If an item arrives damaged, we'll replace it for you!

I got the wrong order.

Shoot us a text saying TOPICALS411 at 283-98 and we’ll get this fixed for you!
